Scedosporium-ECMM database
Do you wish to deposit a strain in the Database? It takes only three minutes!
Under "Data", Click “Online modification of databases”.
The only three items that are necessary to fill in:
(1) your own strain number,
(2) your name and e-mail address, and
(3) the depository to which you will send your strain.
All other strain data may be either filled in directly or sent in any format to the Database Assistant (elke.goettlich@gmx.de), who will put the data in the right place for you! A confirmation mail will be sent to you shortly afterwards.
Send your strain to the depository you have indicated (IHEM or CBS).
All members of the Scedosporium Working Group will automatically be informed that a new accession has been listed. Your material may then become subject to further research. This will improve your visibility and increase your impact factor.
Other members of the Network are invited at any time to add data about a strain. You may do this either directly in the electronic Database, or send your data to the Database Assistant.
